Baby Hampers

Yes. Order before 12:00 noon and we can deliver your baby hamper the same day for a $25 surcharge. Same-day delivery runs Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon go out on the next delivery day.

We deliver Monday to Saturday across Singapore. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. If you need a hamper to arrive on one of those days, contact us early via WhatsApp at 8874 3740 and we will see what can be arranged.

We offer three delivery speeds:

Next-day delivery, free. Order before 12:00 noon and your hamper arrives the following delivery day before 6pm.
Same-day delivery, $25. Order before 12:00 noon and it arrives the same day before 9pm.
Urgent delivery, $35. For when you need it within hours. WhatsApp us at 8874 3740 before placing the order so we can confirm a slot is available.

Our cut-off is 12:00 noon, Monday to Saturday. Orders that come in after that miss the day’s dispatch run. If you have missed the cut-off and still need the hamper today, WhatsApp us at 8874 3740 and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it happen.

Yes, and we do it often. We deliver directly to the mother’s ward at all major Singapore hospitals. At checkout, give us the hospital name, the mother’s name, and the ward and bed number. If the family has already been discharged by the time our courier arrives, a re-delivery fee of $15 applies for delivery to the new address.

Next-day delivery is free on every order. Same-day delivery costs $25 and urgent delivery costs $35.

Things new parents actually use. Our hampers are built around toys and practical items for the first few years, so there is no shredded paper padding out a half-empty box and no novelty items headed for the back of a cupboard. Every hamper is designed, sourced and packed in-house, and you can add name embroidery or name blocks if you would like a personal touch.

Yes. You can add name embroidery on swaddle blankets, baby bibs and nappy bags, or name blocks spelling out the baby’s name. A gift message card is included free with every order. Personalised hampers ship on the same timeline as everything else, so adding embroidery does not push back your delivery date.

Yes. If you would like to change what goes into a hamper, add something, or put together a bespoke gift from scratch, WhatsApp us at 8874 3740 and we will work it out with you. We assemble everything ourselves, so we can say yes to most requests.

We have been making baby hampers since 2019. In that time we have delivered more than 10,000 hampers to families across Singapore and earned over 1,900 reviews on Google and Facebook. A good share of our orders now come from people who received a Kaiby hamper themselves and came back to send one.

Tell us and we will replace it. Send a photo to 8874 3740 on WhatsApp or email adeline@kaiby.sg and we will arrange a replacement for the affected item. Because our hampers are gifts assembled to order, we do not accept general returns or change-of-mind exchanges, but anything damaged in transit or packed incorrectly is our responsibility to put right.

We make them ourselves. Every hamper is designed, sourced and packed in-house. Nothing is drop-shipped from a supplier we have never met.

We fill them with things parents use. If it is in a Kaiby hamper, a new parent will reach for it.

Personalisation comes as standard. Name embroidery and name blocks are available across the range, and they never delay your delivery.

WhatsApp is fastest. Message or call us at 8874 3740. You can also email adeline@kaiby.sg. We are available Monday to Saturday and reply as quickly as we can.
