How can I personalise a baby hamper?

Personalisation is part of what we do, not an afterthought. You can add:

Does personalisation delay my delivery?

No. Personalised hampers ship on the same timeline as everything else. Adding embroidery or name blocks does not push back your delivery date, and next-day and same-day delivery still apply.

Can I get a personalised baby hamper delivered the same day in Singapore?

Yes. Order before 12:00 noon and we can embroider, pack and deliver your personalised hamper the same day for a $25 surcharge. Same-day delivery runs Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon go out on the next delivery day.

How fast can a personalised hamper be delivered?

We offer three delivery speeds, and all of them apply to personalised hampers:

Next-day delivery, free. Order before 12:00 noon and your hamper arrives the following delivery day before 6pm.
Same-day delivery, $25. Order before 12:00 noon and it arrives the same day before 9pm.
Urgent delivery, $35. For when you need it within hours. WhatsApp us at 8874 3740 before placing the order so we can confirm a slot is available.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

We deliver Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. If you need a personalised hamper to arrive on one of those days, contact us early via WhatsApp at 8874 3740.

I ordered after 12 noon but still need it today. What can I do?

Our cut-off is 12:00 noon, Monday to Saturday. Orders that come in after that miss the day’s dispatch run. If you have missed the cut-off and still need the hamper today, WhatsApp us at 8874 3740 and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it happen.

Can you deliver a personalised hamper to the hospital?

Yes, and we do it often. We deliver directly to the mother’s ward at all major Singapore hospitals. At checkout, give us the hospital name, the mother’s name, and the ward and bed number. If the family has already been discharged by the time our courier arrives, a re-delivery fee of $15 applies for delivery to the new address.

Is delivery free for personalised hampers?

Next-day delivery is free on every order, personalised or not. Same-day delivery costs $25 and urgent delivery costs $35.

Can I build a bespoke personalised hamper or swap items?

Yes. If you would like to change what goes into a hamper, add an item, or put together a bespoke gift from scratch with the baby’s name on it, WhatsApp us at 8874 3740 and we will work it out with you. We assemble and personalise everything in-house, so we can say yes to most requests.

Because our hampers are personalised and assembled to order, we do not accept general returns or change-of-mind exchanges, but anything damaged in transit or packed incorrectly is our responsibility to put right.
