  5. What kind of baby hampers do you sell?

    We offer a large variety of baby hampers with dreamy colour themes and a strong focus on baby toys as we believe in learning through playing. All our gift sets can be personalised with name embroidery if you need a personalised baby gift.

  6. There are some baby hampers that are out of stock. When will they be restocked soon?

    We may be unable to provide an exact date of restock. However, in most of the cases, it’s only 1 or 2 items in the baby hampers that are out of stock. Thus, we will advise you to build your own baby hamper instead. You will be able to put together a highly similar hamper. =)

  7. Can I order now and have the baby gift delivered on a specific date?

    Yes, you can choose a specific date for delivery up to 14 days in advance. Just whatsapp us at 88743740 to let us know the date.

  9. I need a baby hamper to be delivered overseas. Can you do it?

  11. Can I self-collect from your office/warehouse?

    No, but we do provide same-day delivery and free next-day delivery.

  12. Can I include a personalised gift message?

    Yes, we provide a gift card for all our orders. You can provide the gift message or just request for a blank gift card during checkout.

  13. Do you deliver to hospitals and offices?

    Yes, we do deliver to hospitals such as Mount Alvernia Hospital, Thomson Medical, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH). We also deliver to offices and commercial buildings during office hours.

  14. Do you provide same-day delivery?

    Yes, we do deliver by the same day (9AM-9PM) if you order before 11AM (Mon-Sat).

  15. Can I send you my own items to be delivered together with the Kaiby Baby Hamper?
