For every customer account with us, there is a Kaiby Rewards Card too. You will be able to purchase anything on our online store (Singapore) with the credits.
If you are an existing customer with us, just log in and find it in your dashboard.
If you are a new customer, do place your first order and you will create an account during checkout.
How it works?
During checkout, you can choose to utilise the credits in your Kaiby Card for partial payment. One Kaiby credit is equivalent to one Singapore dollar in our online store.
Is there a maximum amount of credits that I can use to pay for each order?
It’s $20. (With effect from 1 Nov 2023)
Can I pay for my order with my Kaiby Card partially and together with another form of payment (e.g. Credit Card)?
Yes.
Will the credits expire?
No. It will not expire.
Can I withdraw the credits in my Kaiby Card?
No. You will not be able to withdraw the credits.
Can I transfer my Kaiby Credits to another person?
No.
How do I get credits for my Kaiby Card?
All cashback will be transferred to your Kaiby Card. You might also receive credits during our events such as Giveaways etc.
How do I get my cashback?
Cashback are credited into your Kaiby Card once your order has been fully processed. More information on cashback can be found here.
I bought the animal magnets and silicon shapes. Quality is not bad. Delivery is fast as well. If you are not buying it as a gift , you can opt to shop at the non gift section.
