Pack My Own Item

You can now send your item to us and we will pack it together in your Kaiby Box.

How it works?

1. Add this “Pack My Own Item” to your Build A Baby Gift Box.
2. Checkout and make payment.
3. WhatsApp Us an image of the item that you wish to send over.
4. We will email you the instructions on dropping off the item at a nearby locker for courier to pick up. (Check locations)
5. (After 2 to 5 working days) Courier will deliver the item to us.
6. We will then pack and process your order.

Restricted Items:

• Items that are very similar to what is available in our store.
• Heavy items weighing more than 2kg
• Items that are larger than 12cm by 32cm by 32cm in dimensions.
• Flammable Items
• Fragile Items (E.g. Glassware)
• Perishable Item (E,g. Non-sealed food items, Flowers)
• No illegal items (According to Singapore law)
• No Alcohol
• No items that are limited by age (According to Singapore law)

Terms & Conditions

• We will not be liable for any damage to your item although we will definitely do our best to pack and deliver it safely to your recipient.
• We will pack and arrange your item accordingly based on professional judgement.
• We will not liable for any legal complication that arises from receiving and packing your item although we will try our best to advise you beforehand.
